We offer a full refund on all PC Brain license purchases within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
To request a refund:
1. Email melo@pcbrain.ai with your order confirmation or the email address used at purchase.
2. Subject line: “Refund Request”.
3. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
4. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
You do not need to explain why. You do not need to jump through hoops. If you’re within 30 days, you get your money back. Full stop.
We are unable to offer refunds after the 30-day window has closed. If you are experiencing a technical issue, please contact us at melo@pcbrain.ai and we will do everything we can to resolve it.
Regardless of the 30-day window, we will always issue a refund if:
Early Access licenses are subject to the same 30-day refund policy. Early Access pricing reflects the stage of the product — you are getting the full software at a discount in exchange for being an early adopter. Refunds are still honored within 30 days.
When a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated within 1 business day. The Software will continue to function locally until the next time it contacts api.pcbrain.ai for validation (every 4 hours). After deactivation is confirmed, the Software will enter an unlicensed state.
PC Brain is currently sold as a one-time license — there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If a subscription model is introduced in a future version, this policy will be updated with clear cancellation terms at least 30 days before any recurring billing begins.
We ask that you contact us at melo@pcbrain.ai before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will resolve legitimate issues faster than the chargeback process, and filing a chargeback on a transaction we would have refunded voluntarily may result in your license being permanently deactivated.
