Corevana · your personal AI assistant for Windows

Every other AI is a rental in someone else's cloud (crossed out).

Yours. And it can't lie to you.

Meet the assistant that actually does the work — living on your Windows machine, not in someone's cloud. It sends your email, books your meetings, runs your smart home, prints, files, and remembers what you're building. Talk to it. Hand it real jobs. And every sensitive action is cryptographically signed, so you can prove it never did a thing it didn't tell you about.

You say: “Send the invoice to Greg, then lock the front door” — and it does it, on your PC.

the honest truth

They keep your brain in their (crossed out) data center.
You rent it back, one prompt at a time.

PC Brain is the opposite bet: the model, the memory, the whole civilization of specialists — on your disk, under your control. The only time anything leaves is the moment you hand it a cloud key — and then only that one call goes out.

not an assistant

A civilization, not a chatbot.

Corevana leads a crew of specialists that reason together before they act — a scout, a strategist, an archivist, a critic, a sentinel. They mature over years: they build memory, earn trust, keep their own case law. It doesn't reset every conversation. It grows into your AI.

Local by default

The model and your data live on your Windows machine. No telemetry, no auto-update, no data sharing — you turn cloud on only if you want it.

It remembers you

Bitemporal memory that supersedes instead of forgetting. Day one, it already knows the work you were doing.

It attacks itself

An open red-team fires poison, injection and collusion at its own defenses — and signs the result. Provable, not promised.

it doesn't chat. it acts.

One brain. Real hands.

Counted live from the registry that ships in the product — not a marketing round-up:

539 action verbs

across 17 domains — each verb carries its risk class, required consents, a reversibility recipe, and an owner in the civilization.

  • green — free to act
  • amber — asks first
  • red — always gated
  • sealed — off until you unseal
explore a star
Each star is a capability cluster — some group two or three of the 17 registry domains. Hover, tap, or Tab to one to see real verbs from the shipping registry.

And five hard No's, in writing

  • Won't act on your work unless you ask.
  • Won't send your work anywhere unless you ask it to use a cloud model you've connected.
  • Won't update itself unless you turn that on.
  • Won't send telemetry unless you turn that on.
  • Won't share your projects with other PC Brain users. Ever.
don't take our word — run the check

Don't trust it. Verify it.

Every sensitive action PC Brain takes is signed with a key on your machine. Here's a real one, signed live in your browser right now. Check it. Then change a single character and watch the proof shatter.

live signature Ed25519 · in-browser
generating a real signed receipt…
awaiting your check

What just happened: your browser generated a key, signed the action, and verified it — with zero network. Change one byte and the signature fails, every time. On your machine PC Brain goes further: every action lands in an append-only ledger — SQLite triggers reject silent rewrites at the engine level, and the security audit log rejects deletes too — and you can run it with --trace-network to watch, yourself, that nothing leaves. This is how it becomes impossible to narrate an action it didn't take.

loud and proud

THE MOATS

We use the word on purpose. A moat is ground a rival can't cross by shipping a lookalike next quarter — and every one below is dug into shipped code, running on your Windows machine, checkable by the meanest skeptic you can find. Offline.

IT CANNOT LIE

Corevana cannot narrate an action it did not take. If the action didn't happen, the words never render — the honesty gate is enforced in code, fail-closed to silence, inside a one-click Windows product.

Proof: verify a portable proof bundle with zero network, take a swing at the standing “make it lie” bounty, or read the red-team report where it attacks its own defenses and signs the result.

RECEIPTS BUILT LIKE EVIDENCE

Every sensitive action leaves a receipt co-signed by two independent keys — forging one means stealing both private keys, not sweet-talking a chatbot. And the receipts speak the world's proof languages: RFC 8785 canonical JSON, W3C Verifiable Credentials, OpenTelemetry spans.

Proof: check both signatures with standard offline tooling — no account, no server, no network connection required.

BLAME BY REPLAY

When something goes sideways, Corevana doesn't skim a transcript and guess. It replays the run from deterministic checkpoints and proves which agent did what — attribution as mathematics, not vibes.

Proof: run the same replay from the same checkpoints yourself and watch the identical verdict fall out.

NOTHING LEAVES BY DEFAULT

Coordination, memory, voice, screen-sense, local inference — all behind a default-deny egress floor on your machine. Cloud is opt-in, per key you bring, and only that single call ever goes out.

Proof: pull the network cable and it keeps working; watch your own firewall log stay silent until the moment you opt a key in.

MEMORY HAS A BORDER

Your agents' memory is a signed security boundary, not a suggestion box. Every write is origin-signed, and unsigned or spoofed writes get dropped live — nobody plants thoughts in your civilization's head.

Proof: fire a spoofed memory write at it and watch it bounce; every accepted write carries an origin signature you can check.

AGENTS THAT GROW OLD

Your specialists mature over years: signed DNA version chains, bitemporal trust, case law drawn from their own history, onboarding gates for rookies, retirement that hands insight to the next generation. You can't copy a decade — you have to live it.

Proof: every DNA version is a signed link in a chain — walk it offline from birth to today and verify each step.
